The rye is crafted with a combination of locally sourced grains and corn from the Kennay family farm. The mash bill is 51% locally sourced rye, 44% corn from the Kennay farm, and 5% locally sourced wheat. It is then aged in charred oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Lightly oaked with a sweetness of corn, softness of wheat, and spiciness of rye blend together for a dynamic rye whiskey. An assertive barrel char balances these strong flavors for a whiskey that tastes far beyond its years.
